Application：

The HDPE container crushing washing recycling line primarily processes waste HDPE containers, mainly including: shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, laundry detergent bottles, cooking oil bottles, etc., of various colors.White or light-colored HDPE products such as milk bottles, cosmetic bottles (e.g., dish soap bottles), and medicine bottles (the source must be ensured to be legal and compliant).

The HDPE household container waste crushing washing recycling line is an automated system integrating shredder, second crushing, metal sorting, washing, drying and air label separating and rubber/silicone separating, color separating. It can not only handle visible dust and dirt, but also effectively deal with tricky problems such as labels, glue, and small amounts of oil stains, ultimately producing high-quality HDPE recycled plastic sheets/granules.Hot-washed HDPE recycled material can easily reach or even exceed the "Grade 1" standard. Its appearance and processing performance are close to virgin material, making it suitable for injection molding of high-end daily necessities, appliance parts, and automotive parts. Its selling price is far higher than "Grade 2" or "Grade 3" material that has only undergone cold washing.

While the market typically requires two sink float separation tanks, only one tank is needed to separate submersible silicone rubber stoppers and clean the material, achieving the desired effect while reducing energy consumption and the cost of additional machine cost.

6.The Zigzag negative four-channel air separator accurately calculates wind force, air volume, and cross-sectional area to break up and separate the material four times, achieving the desired separation between bottle mouths and bottle bodies with a single machine.
